Yep... Bonnie is the least mature of the Amimatronics, due to being unable to move on from her past life.

Foxy may Drink his sorrows away, Freddy may focus on the facility, and Chica may cook a lot... But They're willing to at least TRY and Move on from their past.

Bonnie, on the other hand, had not been able to move on, and considering how Vividly she remembers her "Awakening" as a Robot, this entire memory has been playing on repeat in her head.

Her annoying antics now give this a more painful meaning, a Vain hope of distracting herself from her own thoughts... Only to end up being forced to remember that Memory she wanted to forget after annoying Chica too much...

And to make matters worse? I don't think Chica even realized that Bonnie's parents didn't even have the Courtesy to put her face on the side of a Milk Carton, wondering where she was, especially with how Fazbear Paid for their Silence... No wonder she tried to drink afterwards.

To Bonnie, her Parents didn't even Care that she was Gone, and they basically went and had another kid after being Paid off. It's a Very "Black and White" outlook, but considering Bonnie hasn't really moved on from an event well over Four centuries in the past,it shows her lack of maturity and how Childish she is.

Yep, that's how old they are. They casually dropped that they are Centuries old, and in a Comic about a Telly, Foxy remarks on why they don't use the 2900 Nanofiber Holoscreen... And if we follow that they were likely stuffed in the late 1980s to early 1990s (Using the Hey Arnold Show as a Measuring stick), It means that The Four Animatronics are nearly a Thousand Years old... And Bonnie is STILL Immature.

Throw in a Lack of Self-Worth, and it's a Wonder That Bonnie hasn't made it a habit to break herself on a Regular basis.
